Contract Administration & Site Visits
An industry standard formal Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) Contract is prepared and supporting documentation is compiled for signing by the Client and the successful contractor. Gary then administers this contract throughout the construction phase. Periodic site visits are made to inspect generally the progress and quality of the construction work up to final completion. Queries are dealt with, interim payments to the contractor are certified and other certification required by the JCT contract is issued at the appropriate times.
Professional Consultant's Certification
Professional Consultant's Certificates, in line with the format approved by the Council of Mortgage Lenders, are issued if required by the Client's lender.
