The Client's favoured option is developed into a full scheme design for final approval before submitting it to the Planning Department as part of a planning application. Due account is taken of planning policy in the preparation of the scheme design. Any planning office queries are dealt with quickly and all reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the project has the best chance of being approved.
